Guangdong Gray Whale Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the manufacturers specializing in producing environmental protection filter materials and filter bags. It has advanced production equipment, processes, and reliable sources of raw materials. Adhering to the corporate spirit of “establishing integrity, taking the road of innovation, reaching the top of quality, and creating the best in the industry” and the development goal of “becoming a leading force domestically and going global”, our company strictly follows the requirements of the ISO9001 quality management system to conduct strict production process control and quality inspection on the production of “Gray Whale” brand filter materials, filter bags, and bag cages. The main measures are as follows:

Gray Whale Technology
  1. Select qualified raw material suppliers. Raw materials are the key factors determining the quality and service life of filter materials and filter bags. Based on years of production experience and cooperative reputation, our company conducts quality control on major raw material suppliers. Every year, we conduct strict evaluations on their equipment, processes, quality, price, delivery time, and business status. We select qualified raw material suppliers through careful selection and conduct direct procurement to reduce intermediate links and ensure the product quality of raw materials. Materials purchased from non-designated suppliers without approval will be treated as unqualified raw materials by the quality inspection department, and the responsibilities of relevant purchasers will be investigated.
  • Strictly control the incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials. All raw and auxiliary materials purchased by the company must be inspected by the quality inspection department in accordance with standards, inspection plans, and contractual agreements. After being inspected and qualified, an incoming inspection certificate will be issued, and warehousing and financial settlement procedures will be handled. For all unqualified raw and auxiliary materials, the purchasers are responsible for handling return procedures. Those who store, use, and settle unqualified raw and auxiliary materials without inspection will be held accountable for producing unqualified products and bear economic and legal responsibilities to ensure that unqualified raw materials are not purchased, not warehoused, not put into production, and not settled.
  • Strictly control the quality of raw and auxiliary materials in inventory. Warehouse keepers are fully responsible for the quality of products in inventory. After raw and auxiliary materials are warehoused with the inspection certificate issued by the quality inspection department, they must be stored in categories according to the time sequence of entry into the factory. During storage, measures such as waterproofing, moisture-proofing, fire prevention, and pollution prevention should be taken. When put into production, the principle of “first in, first out; later in, later out” should be followed. When picking up materials, the picking unit must confirm the inspection certificate when signing. Otherwise, they have the right to reject and report the situation to their superiors. The warehouse conducts regular inventory taking and inspections of relevant quality and safety measures as required.
  • The production workshop must conduct production in accordance with production plan task books, specified standards, operation instructions, and equipment operation procedures. In-process products are subject to self-inspection by producers, re-inspection or spot inspection by workshop directors and team leaders, mutual inspection between upstream and downstream processes, and special inspection and patrol inspection by quality inspectors. In-process products without the inspection and signature of quality inspectors are not allowed to flow into the next process. Those who fail to report or stop the production of unqualified products and continue production will be held jointly responsible. Those who report and stop the production of unqualified products and affect their own output will be recognized and receive corresponding wages and bonuses. Producers are unshirkably responsible for the products they produce, and managers and quality inspectors are held responsible. Those who produce unqualified products will compensate for losses according to the market price of the product. The unqualified products and the names of the main responsible persons will be displayed at the company gate for subsequent handling.
  • For products that have passed inspection, after review and confirmation by the person in charge of the quality inspection department, a product inspection certificate will be issued, and packaging will be carried out under the supervision of quality inspectors. The sales department can sell the products with the product inspection certificate. Products that fail inspection are not allowed to leave the factory.

6. For the products produced and sold by our company, in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract, or our company’s written commitment, or relevant national quality laws and regulations, we implement quality “three guarantees”. For products that are confirmed to be used under normal working conditions and are indeed quality problems of our company’s products, our company will implement free repair, free return, and free replacement and bear corresponding quality losses.
